Next season starts Friday September 18 2026 

Games are played primarily once a week on Friday’s between 6:00pm and 11:00pm, based on registration numbers, at the Glen Cairn community centre in Kanata.

This is a draft league, meaning you sign up as an individual or with a few friends.

The Fall season runs from September through December, followed by the Winter season from January through April. Each season includes 11 regular-season games and at least one playoff game, with winning teams advancing.

Our fast-paced format features four players ///(3 males / 1 female///) on the floor and a goalie per side. Games consist of two 20-minute running-time periods. Players should review our league rules, which are designed with safety in mind.

Cost is $175.00 per player. All prices include applicable taxes. Receipts are available upon request.
