NEXT SEASON STARTS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2026!

WHAT?

Our kids’ ball hockey program helps players of all ages and skill levels develop their abilities in a comfortable, encouraging environment. The goal is for every child to have fun, build confidence and improve their skills.

Each one-hour session begins with a warmup, followed by drills and skill development. Players are then divided into balanced teams for game action.

Games include a referee and scorekeeper, along with full statistics and weekly recaps—just like our adult leagues. Every session ends with a shootout, giving each child an opportunity to shoot.

HOW?

Players are evaluated and grouped according to age and skill level. We may move players between groups when necessary to maintain parity, while doing our best to accommodate friend requests.

WHEN?

Sessions take place every Sunday morning, beginning after 9:30 a.m., with the youngest age group playing first.

The 11-week program runs from September 27 through December 13. There are no sessions on holiday weekends.

WHO?

We welcome players between the ages of 5 and 17.

Players outside this age range may be accepted if their skill level allows them to participate safely and comfortably within an appropriate group.

Goalies are welcome—please let us know when registering!

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

  • CSA-approved hockey helmet with full facial protection
  • Hockey stick ////(plastic sticks are not recommended////)
  • Hockey gloves
  • Shin pads ////(soccer shin pads are acceptable////)
  • Jock or jill protection is also recommended

HOW MUCH?

EARLY-BIRD PRICE: $165 per player when registered by September 11.

REGULAR PRICE: $185 per player after September 11.

SIBLING DISCOUNT: Save $15 on each additional child registered from the same family.

Registration includes the full 11-week program and an HTBHL dry-fit T-shirt.
