Men's Gym - Kanata (Mon/Wed) League Info

 

Next season starts January 6th, 2025! 

In this league, games are played for the most part once a week on either Monday or Wednesday between 6-10:30pm with all games being played out of Glen Cairn Public School.  Depending on registration we could use another day at if needed.

This Fall season runs from September through December followed by the Winter season which runs from January through April.  In each season, teams play 11 regular season games plus one playoff game guaranteed with the opportunity to play on should you win.

The 4 on 4 format, plus goalie, keeps a great pace in this gym.  Be sure to familiarize yourself with our rules, they are created with player safety in mind.  We run two 20 minute periods, running time. 

We evaluate all teams at the beginning of the season to determine appropriate divisions then re-evaluate once again come playoffs to ensure the best playoff format.

In this league, you can sign up as an individual, with a group of friends or enter a full team.  Cost per team is $1500 per season. To register as an individual, the cost is $170 per season.
